DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Nature’s Health Haven delivers products to the USA and international customers. This shipping policy is a part of our Nature’s Health Haven policy. Before placing an order, customers should take a look at our shipping policy. We only ship all over the United States and Internationally.

PROCESSING ORDERS

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to accommodate any delivery instructions added to your order. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home then the responsibility is yours. Contact to discuss further.

OUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

These shipping and delivery options are only applicable to the United States.

We charge the following shipping fees:

The shipping fee is calculated on the customer’s address & also based on the shipping carriers.

Processing Time or Handling Time: Our Processing Time is 1-2 working days. (Monday-Friday)

Order Cut-off Time: Our order Cut Off Time is 3 pm (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago)

Transit Time: Our Transit or Shipping Standard Time: 2-3 working days. (Monday-Friday) 

For International Shipping

International Shipping may require duty, taxes, or miscellaneous charges upon arrival. Customers are responsible for paying these additional costs. Returns will NOT be accepted after an order has been shipped to an international destination.

DELIVERY ISSUES

It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team within 4 days of delivery and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will ask you to send an image to be confirmed about the damaged products.
