The texture could be close to Frozen upon arrival, We freeze it so it can stay cold until it reaches its destination. If still frozen when you receive let sit out for no longer than 1 hour then place in the refrigerator. All orders are prepared Fresh as ordered! Shelf life is (good for at least 4 weeks in the refrigerator and 3 months in Freezer) It’s not a man made drug or medicine, so there’s no hard measurement to it or a such thing as “overdosing” on it. It just so happens to be an all natural superfood that's so good for us that we only need small amounts at a time to reap the benefits. You take (AT LEAST) 1- 2 tablespoons a day. Once first thing in the morning (preferably before breakfast) and then (at least) one more in the evening.
The best and most effective way to take it is straight. It isn’t nasty, just has a texture that’ll catch you off guard (like a flavorless jelly, applesauce, or jello).
