What is Sea Moss?
There are 3 main forms and varieties of sea moss. Eucheuma Cottonii, Gracilaria, and Chondrus Crispus. Raw Sea Moss Preparation: Rinse your raw sea moss throughly to remove any excess sea salt or debris, Once raw sea moss is cleaned place into bowl and soak in fresh spring water for 12-24 hours, Once raw sea moss has soaked place 1 cup of sea moss into blender with 1 cup of spring water, Blend until it has a smooth creamy consistency, depending on your desired texture you may need to add more water or raw sea moss, Add Honey or Agave for added taste (Optional), Pour your smooth creamy sea moss gel into glass air tight jar, Store tightly sealed jar in refridgerator up to 30 days and up to 2-3 months in freezer, Once in refridgertor for apx 6-10 hours it will turn into gel, Take 1-2 tablespoons daily on empty stomach.
