Blend until the mixture has a smooth, creamy consistency. Add honey or agave nectar for flavor (Optional), Put your airtight glass container with your smooth, creamy sea moss gel. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 30 days and in the freezer for up to 2-3 months. After being chilled for around 6 to 10 hours, it  will turn into gel, Take 1-2 tablespoons daily on empty stomach.
